The instructions for the Ishihara 24 Plate version clearly states that up to 2 errors on Plates 1 - 17 still constitutes a pass.
So why does the UK CAA not permit any errors?
Is this the same with other JAA states?
Surely, this must be open to challenge.
Because they make it up as they go along and noone can touch them !!
