If FCA are 'up to something' regarding a possible take over or merger (are they?) recruitment is likely to be put on the backburner unitl their activities have settled. Unfortunately you may be swimming in your hold pool for a while if this is the case! I'm sorry if it is because they sound like a good bunch to work for
