ATPL Distance Learning with NAC in Florida

Hello

I'm looking at starting the process to convert my Canadian ATPL to a JAA ATPL. I've read a lot of the threads on this site and think I understand what the deal is.

A few questions are:
1)Does anyone know about the Naples Air Center distance learning course? It seems to make more sense than flying all the way to the UK to write the exams. I'm just wondering about the quality of their materials and the state of the operation. I am a little concerned that their website is incomplete and doesn't seem to have been updated since 2005.

2)I currently have 3000 hours PIC on two crew King Airs. Is their any way to avoid all the flight training costs for IR and such - say if a company was willing to allow me to do a ride in their Beech 350 as part of their employment agreement?

I am interested in working for Netjets Europe in the future for the on/off schedule, nice equipment and variety of flying and places to live. Is this the best corporate gig over there?

Thanks for any insight
