Fair enough kiwiblue....but as someone who has been flying (PN68s included) for a very long time I tend to ponder the possible ways a
twin engined aircraft can end up in a lake.
It isn't a long list
It's like seeing a SS Holden wrapped around a light pole at 0300 on a rainy saturday morning....you just tend to know it wasn't mechanical failure.
