Where do you get this rubbish? I (a glasses wearer), and others, have already told you you will not be disadvantaged by wearing glasses. As long as you have a JAA Class 1 Medical you have proved yourself medically adequate to fly. Some companies have a company entrance medical that covers a few extra bits that the Class 1 leaves out to ensure that you won't die on them, thus costing them lots of money. If you are prefer not to believe what you are told here, contact the companies directly.
