"It is hard work, and you have to show your 'flexibility' with the company in order to reap the rewards.. "
The Ops guys at times had to show a great deal more 'flexibility' than anyone else in the company but not a sniff of thanks or gratitude and definitely no rewards to be reaped. (Obviously as a Fugly it was a different case, sweat blood and tears for a while - get an ATPL and a flying job at the end of it).
Until the management show a bit more appreciation for the guys who keep everything running as smoothly as it can possibly be at Air Frantic, the job of Ops Officer will always remain a stepping stone.
