I had friends doing hour building there earlier on in the year - I think they struggled in getting hours done to plan due to their a/c going tech too often.
I was at Sunrise Aviatoin just some 50nm North near Daytona Beach at Sunrise Aviation
http://www.flysunrise.net/. I completed 85 hours in approx 3 weeks with sole use of one of their a/c for the duration. Student accomodation is right on the beach just 10 mins from Daytona so that was a bonus! So personally Id recommend them!
