As a potential but unlikely recipient of a bone marrow transplant may I thank all you people who are prepared to go through so much discomfort and disruption in order to help others. In a world which concentrates so much on the bad side of human behaviour it is both uplifting and humbling to read your matter of fact approach to such a selfless act.
