I don't remember the exact requirements, but they are not huge. I think it's 200hrs of actual IMC or 800hrs under IFR. The training is about 10hrs dual (?). It's interesting because the CRI/IRI route let's you do a lot of advanced training without ever doing the CPL theory or the ab-initio FI training.
