Have you checked with your Staff Travel Department or your company's Intranet? I doubt those new (mostly LCC's) would have interline agreements.
I did a bit of Staff Travel stuff a few years ago and I know that even some "major" airlines don't have interline agreements with others - and some would make you apply to them directly and then knock you back.....
