My suggestion for your pictures is "keep it simple".You can never go wrong with a black suit (as this is the most flattering) on a light background and white business shirt, the key is professionalism. Hair completely off the face and keep the make-up light and fresh (red or brown lipstick a must!). Only have earings on in the picture that are stud-like (not dangle) and dont forget to smile, to show how warm and friendly you are. Best of luck
