Netjets is short on captains for the coming season because many captains are leaving, being fed up.
As they do not take direct entry captains(everybody starts as Fo), they are requesting higher time people because they can be upgraded quicker.
but Netjets will discover that in the current market they will not be able to find those high timers.
Maybe now they finally realize they should have taken care a bit more of their crews earlier on.
but now it is too late, the process is irreversable.
