I did the tests and interview last week in Farnborough.
First telephone from NetJets is a tech interview, basic stuff about What is V1, and What is RVR, What are your Take off minima, perform a firedrill of your current aircraft etc, nothing nasty.
Then you get the date for the rest, which are another interview, english test, another technical test and a simride.
Technical test was pretty deep, about climb gradients in different segments, Long range Machnumber versus weight etc. Review you theory before you go i would say.
Simride was on Beech 1900 nothing special, do your best, and if you screw up, CORRECT , and be extra CRM minded.
