Perdiems are very weak and below industry standards (roughly half or less of standard) Routes are all within the Province except for a Corporate shuttle from YKZ to Cinnci. FO" are starting around $26 k..caPTAINS $42k. Teh sims are conducted on Dash 7 out of Downsview..They have also used a Twatter as well. Interview questions range from weird to normal..A review of your RAC section would be a good idea. They tend to hire all sorts...some turn out to be real zeros but most are a good bunch of guys to fly with. They do expect to lose a fair amount of guys over the next few months..as many as 4 per month..This ratio has put a strain on the current population and has resulted in a tough schedule.
