Wow, your unbridled optimism scares me. It really MUST be sunny in Delta.

On the other hand, I hope you're right.

It seems unlikely, however, that all of these things will come to pass.
It's not that I'm pessimistic, but I have a feeling we've seen the last of C3 and Royal. In fact, I hope we have--that will make room for more viable options to grow to compete with AC, at least in niche markets. I don't think we need anyone to compete with AC head-to-head on every route. As long as there is competition on the major routes, I think the travelling public will be well served. West Jet, for instance, puts pressure on AC in the markets it serves. I don't think WJ is going to go away any time soon. It is possible, then, for competition to exist--natural competition--within the Canadian market.
I think you're right--Skyservice will do well, and even expand.

Competition is good. Trying to beat Goliath by trying to be more like Goliath is lunacy.

I know I've strayed a bit from the previous post, but I've said my (admittedly devalued) CAN$0.02 and feel the better for it.
