This is a very large bit of airline news which will change the face of regional
flights to Europe
Things to think of are where the to airlines both already operate on the same route , maintenance and 2 head offices
!. routes on routes where there was competition i:e BHX-GLA will this effect fares and frequencies
2. Maintenance 1 base would never be able to cope, perhaps here is a very good case for the BA hangar at Manchester to be used as it has sat empty for several years now
3 Head office again would Exeter be able to cope with huge increase in work load or would it be better to have a head office more central to the action i:e Manchester
