Looks like DE gets to keep BAR ground handling or at least the share options and bonuses when it is sold. Three years ago, it was a loss making Regional Airline with 737's and Airbusses. Now it is a profitable ground handling company making most of it's profits from an in house arrangement where it sells all it's services to BAcon. Well done DE and PS, an amazing smoke and mirrors exercise. One potentially viable company -BACX- used to rub out another airline and grow a new handling company.
