Airways NZ are (or should be) frequently interested in career controllers. Lot of people going to the UAE recently. It's definitely not the worst company in the world to work for, either. Morale is generally very good at my unit.
You won't get rich quick. $NZ is worth about USD.67. Lifestyle move, really. As for sunshine....we have no ozone. There is adequate sunshine in the summer but it takes 10minutes to burn.
