I wouldn't believe any rumours of a hold pool at LOG of Saab rated pilots - it's bollo*ks! I understand a hold pool does exsist, but none are type rated...
Just keep applying guys, it's still the best place to start your flying career in the UK, aircraft a bit old and knackered, management are a bit of a sorry state but the best flying you'll ever get and thats what counts!
Logi will be hit hard between February and May with departing crew, they will need to act on this!
