please explain how you think you're being stabbed in the back. You're flying the A300 on a 'wide-body' salary and you'll no doubt be converting onto the 757 before the end of the year - probably on the same 'wide-body'salary - so what's the problem. I don't know who you are but there are plenty of 727 guys who've been with the company for 15, 20 years or more (including moi), and, for reasons best known to those who rule our professional lives, have not been offered the opportunity of moving to the A300. Now the 757 comes along and all crews (English presumably) will eventually be offered the 757 course - 50/50 transfer from A300/B727. Where's the problem in that???
