Well, to be able to convert a weight into a volume, you'll be requiring the Specific Gravity of the fuel.

Weight / SG = Volume.

E.g. 1000kgs / 0.795sg = 1257 litres.

E.g. 1000kgs / 0.785sg = 1273 litres.

Same weight but different volume!!
