Plymouth goes up by a factor of 4 at 8pm lcl.(Usually open 06h30-22h30 lcl)
Both my aircraft are on a block ldg fee there so it makes no odds to me but if you were a visitor and landed at 20h01 or later the fee becomes exorbitant (whether the lights are turned on or not)
