We fly through plenty of rain up here in West Africa... Thanks Peter, didn't realise it was good for the engine!
It only barks in low idle and not the first flight of the day for some reason. We've been taxying in high idle in the meantime until someone can look at it. No strange instrument indications shown.
Will post again when they've found the problem... going for maintenance this weekend
