I recently left easy@LGW mainly because of the 5/2/5/4/ rostering system. i have never been so tired in my career. Its not to bad to start with but once you've had a few changes and a couple of weeks in the system you begin to feel shell shocked. The new system of 5/3 5/4 should help but the recovery between earlies and lates is to short for me. The other reason is that it is very inflexable in terms of leave and roster swaps.

If you live near LGW you may find it agreeable it just didn't work for me!

That said there are a lot of good guys and gals to work with and management are trying to improve things as best they can however its a very slow process.

The biggest nightmare is the handling agent (circusair) constantly letting the ball drop and your left with the pi***d off pax. 2 hrs 20 flt time from AGP followed by 1hrs wait for steps on arrival is a common problem especially when your tired late at night.

The car parks are also a constant drag!

Apart from that not a bad job if your patient.
