Happy at easy?
I am someone who is also seriously considering a move to easyJet but already knows something of the recruitment process. Instead I would prefer to hear feedback from crew (flight deck and cabin crew) about the day-to-day job and in particular how one enjoys/dislikes the 5/4/5/3 roster pattern.
Is it as tiring as they say? Do you enjoy the shorter routes? What are the pros and cons of operating a four sector day? Does the time off allow for adequate rest and socialising or are you just constantly fatigued? Is easyJet now a career airline?
Especially interested to hear from LGW crew.
