To anyone starting out I have always said, if you want it bad enough you'll get it, if you don't want it that bad then the airlines probably wont want you.
Unfortunately, wanting it bad enough these days means far more than putting in a lot of work...most of the "airlines" couldn't care less how keen you are, or how good you are...unless you are prepared to pay THEM for the privilege of working for them, then rest assured...they won't want you.
