The medical forms we get states: "If visual correction required, must be able to use contact lenses suitable for longterm wear in the dry aircraft environment. Soft lenses are perfered, hard lenses are not suitable. Unacceptable: Spectacles for visual correction, Visual field defects, Functionally monocular vision". There are few other points stated, but its all medical jargen which probably means nothing to you or I, only the opthamologist. Best of luck with your interview
