Departure and approach at Luton

This may be a little off topic but anyway:

It seems like the CLN 6B and the NDB approach rwy 26 at Luton are kinda well known dep/app at the sim assesment.
Is this because (if my statement is correct that is)it is approved or rather understood by Ryanair that the quality of the test is indeed a product of preparation so they don't change it for a while so the "rumour" spreads and they can see who read the "news" and appear to know CLN 6B for instance to the very detail. Just wondering?
I mean - anyone should be able to fly a raw data SID ot non precision approach after a "short" briefing right?

Sorry for spelling / grammar errors in advance. Danish
