For the westerly dep at LTN after you have done the left turn after take off, keep the speed at at min clean or so, until you have started the next left turn toward the next VOR (I think its BPK). That way you have a chance of not overshooting the inbound radial. Also get the turn started in good time. Seems to work OK, it makes it nice and neat.
