Hi all
I have a 737300-900 rating and will have 100 hrs on type by christmas and have an assessment coming up with Ryanair. Iv looked through this thread and found a lot of info on the interview and sim check etc but i couldn't find anything specific on the selection process for already type rated guys.
Can anyone tell me if there is any difference in the selection procedure for a type rated guy compared to a cadet selection?
Would i still have to do a tech interview seeing as i have done the rating already?
