The fact that you need 100 hrs on the 737 is in the FR SOP, so first you will be consider as a cadet but you will also have probably to redo the 737 type rating with CAE or SAS...So why don't you go for some time in Turkey to fly with Corendon Airlines? They have 4 B737, in need of FO's, not yet in contract with eagle jet and even not yet on the ppjn website. So if you find the adress on the web, you would probably have the opportunities to do some hours before joining FR;-)
