I really don't understand what is bad with the T&C's in FR. Even for cadets. I would rather say their good. I've been with them for a year now and my salary is approx 5500 Euros per month and I work 5/5...But I don't stay in fancy hotels + I have to bring my own coffee, and compared to being an FI...My life has become alot better. That's the T&C's. The real problem being employed by FR is that its entire operation is based on a small company in terms of staffing...So generally speaking, it's an okay place to be.
Just remember that nobody on this forum is stating a completely unbiased view. Some might have a particular interest in trying to undermine a specific business/company. Don't believe everything you read.
