JTK - think thats a bit harsh on old Pete mate. There are far too many people in the world who do want things given to them on a plate and can't be bothered to find things out for themselves. I know ive spent hours and hours like most wannabees on here researching potential employers and contacts, if you want people to do all the work for you then no your not very committed imho. Regarding accepting poor T&Cs for a 1st job well of course you have a totally valid point; most of us would do anything to get a RHS job and the likes of RYR definitely make the most of that. However Pete also has a valid point, slowly the T&Cs will get worse and worse untill you end up doing it totally for free (after paying for type and line training) for the 1st year or longer
As far as asking Pete to do some more research on wannabes, well I think he knows exactly about what our situation is, hence the excellent services that he runs in his spare time! Keep it up Pete
