My oh my, things have certainly changed from those days. I've clawed this thread back from yesteryear since a lot of questions have been re-asked about the Gulf Air interview process. The main changes to the process from last year is the introduction of the B767 and A320 sim ride...CRM is a big factor during the sim ride so that dispells a lot of dissatisfaction from last years candidates.
A lot of emphasis has been placed also on the group discussion and how well one performs in the group environment, so if anyone wishes to outsmart his peers need to rethink and polish up on teamwork. You will be scrutinised individually on being a team player.
A two on one interview almost feels like an interrogation. Usually carried out by a male and female interviewer. They seem to try and get under your skin. Just try to be friendly, patient, honest and cultural.
