Thank you for the update.
I have to admit that when I decided to go to the CASA seminar I was doing it as a favour to the people hosting the seminar but I was glad that I did. Some of the information coming out of the research was mind bending.
The one that really got my attention was the group of teenagers, half of whom were deprived of one hours sleep a night. Within weeks they were starting to show the preliminary onset signs of diabetes.
Very scary stuff.
