Ah, then you've never walked into a supermarket, for example, in uniform and felt the glares and stares coming your way. You've never walked into a petrol station say, and had the man in front of you in the queue turn a full 180 degrees to look you up and down as if you were !!!!!.

What I will do is underline the fact that it certainly doesn't seem that the public in this country are right behind us.
