You could always rename the other Birmingham West Midlands Airport, that would put it in context for all passengers to
Nottingham East Midlands Airport then
but you have to realise that a simple rename costs hundreds of thousands in new road signs etc around the counties.............
As for the Pier, is that not supposed to be going between the old and new apron extension, losing the car parking facility in the old post office freight building?............................
