We worked with them 2 consecutive years... They have some nice A-320 (EI-TLS, TLP) They are a good airline if you like to have a constant changing life, plenty of technical stops ( especially on the A-300) and "out of duties". You are never sure what's next...
If that 's your aim, go for it. They are not paid badly but they have a big staff flow (people leave constantly).
The crew loves a good drink and there is a good atmosphere between the crewmembers...
