There are EU laws valid in all EU member states that prohibit discrimination by gender, race, age, religion and sexual orientation unless there are very specific job requirements (i.e. you don't have to accept a Muslim as organ player for a catholic church or a female stripper for a gay club. Would be interesting to see how a court would rule in the case of a 60 year old wannabe table dancer rejected because of age......further discussion in Jet Blast please
