Hey there e P, perhaps you could PM Jinkster - this is exactly what the man was looking for.
I am curious - if you could PM me with the author of the CBT that would be great. Boeing never produced one that I know of and I would love to know the source of this one. I was typed in this machine and all we had were typewritten books and on a good day some (in retrospect rather cheesy but highly useful) slide shows.
