Dear Captain Toga.
I do not know your situation, but can tell you the following for the UK CAA. If you hold a current JAA UK CAA ATPL licence, with a current P1 Rating on it, and have completed a non JAR approved type rating course (your case), then you will get it as P1 as long as you have more than 500 hours on it, and you do a LST with a UK TRE, in the capacity of P1 in a JAR approved simulator.
