Great idea guys, and I applaud your intentions, however in reality getting a civilian up for a flight in a Fast Jet is very, very difficult. Especially a foreigner (in the case of USAF flying a British civilian). It's hard enough getting recognised aviation professionals up flying with the RAF.

Unless, of course, you are Jeremy Clarkson or Boris Johnson, both of whom have flown in F15's.
