would you need to run a small regional airline that had say, 20 Saab 340's and 8 Canadair CRJ's?
Including:
Engineers
Supervisors
Managers
Technicians
Stores
QA
Etc.
(Have to write a training plan based on this and have no idea of the staffing levels)
