Why do people fly for Ryanair? It beggars belief that someone could think it's a good idea!
Quite simply the job suits some people. I am well paid, get home to my own bed every night and fly new aeroplanes with a great bunch of people to some interesting destinations. I can also plan my life months in advance because of the fixed 5/3 roster, something that has been impossible in every other company that I've worked for.
