Well, if the Tanzanian government finally do something and recapitalize the business then perhaps they have a chance. Having dealt regularly with the guys who were seconded there during the partnership I can only say that the potential exists but the cost of unlocking the potential is not worth the effort in terms of an investor- you can make more cash utilizing the required assets elsewhere- that’s why SAA refused their repeated requests for equipment.
Im pretty sure they will be looking around in due course for another partner to pay the bills.
