If you are looking for emergencies, please go to Eurocontrol web site and in the section training find a link elearning courses, where you will find a web based elearning course "Emergency and Unususal situations". You will find almost all natures of EMR and what to do in those cases. This is a link to register for elearning
http://elearning.eurocontrol.int/. Within 3 working days you will get a username and password to log in and you may study what you want.
