BTW, Flowman - nowadays, you don't even need any IFPS/CFMU issued restrictions to cause chaos at LL; no available gates, lack of tugs/dispatchers/places to hold waiting inbounds, and the inevitable and extensive work-in-progress will all combine to create a plethora of delays for both inbounds and outbounds. Guaranteed! - and if you get a bit of bad weather thrown in for good measure, then you're completely ******.
