Even amongst the desperate for a break Scottish instructor community, this new policy has been treated with derision. I honestly can't see the sense in this at all.
Loganair has always seemed like an interesting place to work, but not under these conditions. I hope they realise the error of their ways. I wouldn't mind working for them myself but there is no way I'd ever think about paying for an out of date rating.
Is this policy the same for experienced direct entry pilots? Or is it just for low hours people?
