Yes, but the more submitted the better chance you will have of achieving a permanent contract. I am an IFS and more than happy to complete assessments for Temp crew as I know how important they are! Ok I agree on a PMI (767-300) its a bit difficult but if you want the job you must ask, and on a 763 there is more than 1 IFS. Those who dont ask dont get!!
