I wonder how the pilots from Aer Lingus will take it when they have to fill their own water bottles up in the crew room , print their own flight plans and weather off, pay for uniforms , pay own accommodation when in the Sim every six months, half sector pay for six months, 25 minute turnarounds, bring own lunch to work + tea bags and coffee, standing in the rain with your headset on while your A/C is being fuelled
